The fact that your team of contractors was able to not only meet but exceed that schedule is a testament to the focus and attention that you give in your work. BRAVO! Your oversight team was professional, courteous, timely, and informative. Your subcontractors were, without exception, a pleasure to deal with. We truly felt during the entire process that the people doing the work cared, and took pride in what they were doing. That is all too rare these days. They all went out of their way to minimize the negative impact on our daily lives, and that was greatly appreciated. If we do any work in the future, you will be the first and only company we call.

Dear Dean,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dean Russell for his outstanding efforts in each phase of building our home. Dean and his staff provide insightful and helpful information to enable us to maximize our plans for space and design to ultimately build the "home of our dreams", while staying within our budget. By the final phase of the project, we were tremendously pleased with our new home and the professional detail provided. I must admit my wife and I were pretty exhausted by the details. Dean, however, remained completely committed to overseeing the work through its entirety. No part of the job was closed until it met with our total satisfaction as well as Dean's approval. Our family was more than surprised and extremely pleased. Our new home exceeded even our own expectations, which were set very high.
